I recently switched from Microsoft Office 2003 to 2010. Pre-switch, I had old Word.doc label templates created that I use with Avery 5160 and 5202 label sheets. Since the switch I have been able to use my 5160 Tray fed label files in my Brother HL-2140 printer with no problem.
However, every time I go to print with the 5202 (manual-feed set-up) template, the text (set at Times New Roman, 12pt) enlarges to what looks like at least 20pt and prints outside the margins of the label. The text comes in very far left and much farther down the page horizontally than it should. Examdiff. I thought at first that it was a corrupt/old template format, so I downloaded the newest Avery.com Wizard program, created a new 5202 template and I am still having the same issue. I have adjusted all page settings and margins of the new label sheet to match the settings/margins of my old.doc template-since that printed pre-switch-but I can't figure out where I'm going wrong here. Everything looks perfect on the print preview and in the page and printer settings. I use this all the time for my office job-please help!
