In one of the folders you would find the licensing folders. In this there should be file named mathpass. Delete this file. Also you need to type in the address of the location in the address field to go to appdata folder or you can select the view to show hidden files and then go normally in the appdata folder. Also keep in mind that one of the comments say that he found the file in C: ProgramData Mathematica Licensing so check this out too. If there is any other problem then write back.
